From Junction 10 of the M65, keep over to the right, follow signs for “A679 Hapton”. This will take you round the roundabout with traffic lights then onto Accrington Road. Follow Accrington Road for 1/4 mile. Just past the mini roundabout, turn right into Phoenix Way. At the T junction turn right into the Industrial Estate, go to the end of the buildings. Turn right then through the wooden planters into our yard.
